Fun With Agility
"Our overall impression with Acme Canine is that it is a very professional training program. [The trainers are] very confident and knowledgeable. [They] make you very comfortable and make you understand exactly what needs to be done with your pet and how she and you will accomplish this together. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome."

While agility is a competitive sport Acme Canine has designed a series of workshops simply to introduce dogs to the equipment while developing strong handler body language. Come out and watch or join in and build your dog’s confidence. You’ll both have a great time.
Agility Instructor Matt Twombly has designed these workshops for FUN, not competition. If your dog is shy, nervous or reserved, the sport of agility can help to build their confidence and increase their trust in you. Some obedience is required so call for more details. During each two hour workshop, you and your dog will be introduced to each piece of equipment, establishing verbal commands with a focus on motivation and rewarding techniques. The second hour will be attempting multiple obstacles in sequence with a focus on building confidence, teamwork, body language and timing.
