ACME CANINE'S DOG OF THE MONTH
June Dog of the Month
ELLE
Elle is a one year old Havanese who
just completed training through private lessons at Acme Canine.
Elle’s owners, Hank and Rosanne
Vassaux, wanted her to be well behaved and have good manners. She was difficult
to walk on leash, jumped on their grandchildren, and would eat everything in
sight.
Hank and Rosanne are a retired
couple who enjoy camping and sitting by the fire in the evenings. They were
eager for Elle to learn the commands “settle” and “place” so she could enjoy
many quiet and relaxing evenings at the campground. Elle excelled with basic
obedience commands thanks to the Vassaux’s hard work and dedication.
The Vassauxs attended Woofie’s
Birthday Party with Elle who was one of the 1st Place Winners in the Doggie
Buffet and Red light/green light games. Elle proudly showed off her skills and
later that day obtained her Canine Good Citizen certification. Hank and Rosanne
have done a wonderful job maintaining Elle’s training and all have been happy
campers!
Congratulations Vassaux family on
being responsible dog owners and to Elle, our June Dog of the
Month
